MEZZO Neot Afeka, Nathan Alterman 19

MEZZO Neot Afeka rises at 19 Nathan Alterman Street in Neot Afeka, a quiet residential quarter in northern Tel Aviv-Yafo. This building delivers 35 homes as the first half of a wider 69-home boutique development that pairs Alterman 19 with its sibling building at number 21, sharing a common underground parking structure across three basement levels.

The project is an urban renewal scheme under TAMA 38, replacing 1970s housing with new construction. It is developed by Shponder Ritov, a family-run developer and contractor founded in 2006, together with Y.A. Binui ve'Pituach, and designed by Tal HaYam Architects. The architecture reads in warm tones of wood, metal and glass.

The apartment mix runs from compact two-room units through four-room family homes, ground-floor garden apartments, and penthouses crowned with private roof terraces, several with private pools. Every home is built to current Israeli standards, including a protected room (mamad).

Residents sit minutes from Yarkon Park and the Afeka Academic College of Engineering, with the Ramat HaChayal business district and the Ayalon Highway within easy reach. The building permit was approved in April 2026, and construction follows the project's approved timeline toward delivery.
