Milan occupies 105 Ben Yehuda Street, just south of Ben Gurion Boulevard in the southern part of Tel Aviv's Old North. The building holds 37 apartments over a commercial ground floor, and its building permit was approved on 17 June 2026. Gordon Beach lies at the western end of Gordon Street, roughly six minutes on foot.

The mix runs from studios through 2 and 3 room apartments to penthouses, and the modular plan allows two adjacent apartments to be joined into a single home. Architecture is by Gidi Bar Orian's office, with interiors by Studio Shlomit Berrebi, around a brief Calcalist reported as compact luxury: Italian kitchens and full-height windows. One 3 room apartment of 78.8 sqm on the fifth floor, with a 15 sqm balcony, sold for about 7.04 million ILS, which works out at 81,700 ILS per square metre.

Residents share a yoga studio and a fitness room, plus a storage room sized for surfboards and bicycles. The street elevation is a perforated white screen that shades the balconies, every apartment opens onto a terrace, and the top level carries pergola-covered penthouse terraces facing the sea.

The developer is Yuvalim City Boy, the Tel Aviv partnership of Itzik Baruch and Ran Blinkis. Yuvalim was founded in 2000 and is advancing about 3,000 housing units alongside roughly 100,000 sqm of commercial, office and logistics space in Tel Aviv, Petah Tikva, Netanya, Ramat HaSharon, Bnei Brak and Jerusalem. Its Tel Aviv portfolio includes Allenby 100, Frankly, Julie in Florentin and the Drisco hotel. With the permit granted in June 2026, delivery is projected for mid 2028.
