## Le programme

Biltmore 7-9 places 56 apartments in two new seven floor buildings on one of the shortest streets in Tel Aviv's New North. Biltmore counts just 16 buildings along its whole length, and the project sits a short walk from Kikar HaMedina. The Tel Aviv municipality approved the building permit covering 27 homes in the Biltmore 7 building on 13 April 2026, under the city's urban renewal track.

The apartment mix runs from 42 sqm two room homes to 148.5 sqm five room homes, with mini penthouses and penthouses on the upper floors. Ground floor apartments carry private outdoor space of up to 154.5 sqm, while top floor units open onto roof terraces with built pergolas. Every apartment in the project receives a standard space in the underground garage, with no stackers and no robotic system. Plans are drawn around large window openings, naturally ventilated kitchens and bathrooms, and a protected mamad room, and buyers choose finishing materials from the project's supplier partners.

Ram Moghrabi Arditi has been building in Tel Aviv since 1919 and currently runs around 90 urban renewal and pinui binui projects in Tel Aviv, Givatayim, Herzliya, Bat Yam, Holon, Ramat Gan, Petah Tikva, Rehovot, Pardes Hanna, Haifa, Kiryat Yam and Kiryat Ata. The group was founded by Yosef Melamed, owner of the Ram Handasa construction company, Yigal Mograbi, a Tel Aviv developer of some 50 years, and Adi Arditi, a controlling shareholder in Neocity and NAIRDA. Menora Mivtachim joined as a partner in June 2022 and holds about 20 percent of the shares. Architecture and planning are by Maoz Price Architecture.

The street itself is quiet and internal, yet Ibn Gabirol's cafes, shops and cultural venues are five minutes away, and the new country club on David Remez Street is within walking distance. Savidor Center station and the Arlozorov transit hub sit about 15 minutes on foot to the east, Yarkon Park a similar walk to the north. The project is in active sales, with delivery projected for 2028.
