The building holds 34 apartments across eight floors, a deliberately boutique scale for the neighborhood. Homes range from 2 to 5 rooms and include ground-floor garden apartments, while two penthouses crown the top floor with three-directional exposure. The project is developed by Ashtrom Residential, the housing arm of the Ashtrom Group. On the standard construction schedule that follows permit approval, works begin in late 2026 and delivery is targeted for 2028.
