HaMigdal BaHurshot

HaMigdal BaHurshot is Minrav Group's tower of 89 homes at number 10 on Street 3961, a new numbered road in north west Kiryat Shalom, in the south of Tel Aviv-Yafo. Minrav's own project page describes a tower of 18 floors, and the building faces Park HaHurshot directly. Tel Aviv-Yafo approved the building permit on 6 July 2026.

The plot sits in the north west Kiryat Shalom compound, a reparcelling scheme where Minrav builds three residential towers totalling 263 homes as general contractor, according to Calcalist in December 2025. Minrav owns this plot outright and held an excavation and shoring permit before the main permit was issued. On the adjoining plot, Minrav and Azorim Living share a 19 floor tower of 86 homes under a 50/50 combination deal.

The sales listing offers 3, 3.5 and 4 room apartments from 63 m², a 115 m² garden apartment on the ground floor and two 5 room penthouses of 137 and 142 m² on the top floor. Prices start at 2,990,000 ILS. Every listed layout comes with a sun balcony, parking and a mamad, the reinforced safe room Israeli building rules require in each home. In December 2025, Minrav Real Estate chief executive Uri Arison announced the start of construction together with a presale.

The marketing places the tower in the greenest corner of the city: Park HaHurshot begins at the building line, a light rail stop lies about 200 m away and Florentin is within walking distance. Minrav has worked in construction and infrastructure for six decades, and its portfolio includes the Yad Vashem museum in Jerusalem, Ben Gurion International Airport and stations on the Tel Aviv light rail Red Line.
