Matalon 62 is a boutique residential building of 16 apartments rising six floors on one of Florentin's main streets in Tel Aviv-Yafo. Alfa Group obtained the building permit on 19 April 2026 and is marketing the homes as part of COLORS, a series of four Florentin buildings totalling roughly 82 apartments. Two room apartments start at ILS 2,950,000.

The plot sits beside Gan Chlenov and the piazza in front of the HaAliya Market country club, the municipal sports centre that opened in 2023 across 6,500 sqm and five floors with three indoor pools, a gym, studios, an auditorium and a rooftop terrace. Levinsky Market is a short walk east, and the cafes and restaurants of Florentin Street are minutes away. The north facade faces Matalon Street, while the southern apartments look out over the piazza and the garden.

The mix runs to two and three room apartments plus a single penthouse that occupies an entire floor, with a wide terrace over the urban garden. Parking is offered in an automatic facility with direct access to the main lobby, and the COLORS buildings are designed to the Israeli green building standard. Delivery is expected roughly three years from the marketing launch.
