## Le programme

Nordau Boulevard 55 replaces two ageing walk-ups on one of the Old North's most planted streets with a single boutique building of 22 apartments. The Tel Aviv building permit was approved on 19 March 2026 under TAMA 38/2, the demolition and rebuild track that lets a developer clear a mid-century block and put up a fully new, seismically compliant structure in its place. Seven levels rise from a lifted ground floor, with the top storey set back beneath slatted pergolas.

The permit is held by Multiland Nordau 57-59 Ltd, registrar number 516460102, the project company of the Multiland Group. Multiland was founded in 2007, works out of Menachem Begin 7 in Ramat Gan and currently runs 12 Tel Aviv urban renewal projects at various planning and construction stages. Three of them sit on this same boulevard, at Nordau 38-40, Nordau 57-59 and Nordau 60-62, which makes this street the densest cluster of work the group has anywhere in the city.

Apartments are planned around deep balconies. The published three-room type gives 88 sq m indoors plus a 12 sq m balcony, and the top-floor penthouse reaches 200 sq m indoors with 75 sq m of terraces, a 105 sq m roof and a private pool. Price Piltzer Yawitz Architects, a Tel Aviv practice active in urban renewal, drew the building. Renderings show white rendered facades, full-width balcony slabs on every residential level, a planted forecourt at the entrance and resident parking tucked beneath the raised ground floor.

The plot stands roughly 100 m from Milan Square, where Nordau Boulevard crosses Dizengoff Street, and a 12 minute walk from Nordau Beach at the boulevard's western end. On the standard permit to delivery sequence for a building this size, works start in mid 2026 and handover falls in the first quarter of 2028. Sales and enquiries run through the Multiland office at Menachem Begin 7, Ramat Gan, on 03-5241416.
