Floor-to-ceiling glazing runs the full width of each balcony. At street level the entrance lobby is recessed under the building, with a landscaped setback and new street trees along the frontage.

The developer is Lital Al Rishon LeZion 5 Ltd, registered with the Israeli Companies Registrar on 27 October 2022 under number 516697554 and listed as active, with its registered office at Herzl 91, Rishon LeZion. The registered name includes the development address, and the registry records its stated purpose as general commercial activity. No public sales channel had been published for the project at the time of writing.

Neve Sha'anan carries one of the densest urban renewal pipelines in Tel Aviv. The local planning and building committee moved plans for towers of 30 and 35 storeys inside the quarter, together 211 apartments and 26,000 square meters of commerce and offices (Nadlan Center, 6 December 2022), and in December 2024 it approved a 9 storey building with 64 homes on nearby Har Tzion Boulevard.
