Twenty-one apartments across nine floors on Weizman Street, in Tel Aviv's New North. A Tama 38/2 demolition and reconstruction project by Yanushevsky, building in Israel since 1946, with architecture by Etgar Null. Layouts run from 3 rooms at 68 sqm to 5-room homes of 141 sqm, each with a balcony or garden of 9 to 125 sqm. Building permit approved 19 April 2026.

## Le programme

105 Weizman Street replaces a four-story walk-up with a nine-story residence of 21 apartments, on a 2,300 sqm building footprint in Tel Aviv's New North. The building permit was approved on 19 April 2026 under Tama 38/2, the demolition and reconstruction track of Israel's urban renewal framework: the existing structure comes down and everything that goes up is new, from frame and systems to envelope.

Twenty-one homes across nine floors keeps the building at boutique scale, roughly two to three apartments per landing. The published mix runs from 3-room apartments of 68 to 73 sqm, through 3.5-room layouts at 88 sqm and 4-room homes at 112 sqm, up to 5-room apartments of 117 to 141 sqm and a 134 sqm penthouse. Every apartment carries private outdoor space, ranging from a 9 sqm balcony to a 125 sqm garden.

Yanushevsky Engineering and Construction has built in Israel since 1946, across residential projects, public institutions and construction technology ventures. Its current Tel Aviv pipeline includes addresses on Lipski Street, Ibn Gabirol Street and Weizman Street. Etgar Null Architects drew the building.

The New North keeps daily life within walking distance. Yarkon Park is about ten minutes north on foot, Kikar Milano and the cafes of Yehuda HaMaccabi Street about five, and Namir Road carries traffic south to the city center and north toward the Ayalon interchanges. Kikar HaMedina and the Ibn Gabirol retail spine sit inside a fifteen minute walk, and Weizman Street itself runs south to the Tel Aviv Sourasky Medical Center campus.
