The Tel Aviv-Yafo local planning committee approved building permit 20242282 on 10 May 2026, and that approval sets the construction calendar for the whole project.

The approved design follows the White City vocabulary of the surrounding streets. The street elevation is white render, articulated by a central bay of stacked porthole windows and by projecting balconies with dark metal railings serving every apartment. The rear elevation switches to board formed exposed concrete, and the top floor steps back behind a planted roof terrace shaded by a steel pergola. A lift core rises the full height of the building to that roof level. At street level the entrance sits behind a planted forecourt enclosed by a low white garden wall.

The address puts daily life within a few minutes on foot. The Carmel Market is a 5 minute walk and the Nahalat Binyamin crafts mall and Magen David Square are closer still. Allenby Street runs one block away with its bus routes toward the north of the city and toward Jaffa. Construction is scheduled to follow the permit directly.
