## Le programme

Yehoshua Bin Nun 4 is a six-apartment residential building whose permit was approved by the Tel Aviv-Yafo licensing authority on 3 May 2026, under permit file 20242345. The plot sits on the northern stretch of Yehoshua Bin Nun in the Old North, about 250 metres west of Ibn Gabirol Street and a short walk north of Arlozorov.

The approved renderings show a slim, white rendered volume of six residential floors above a recessed ground-floor entrance. Each street-facing apartment opens onto a full-width balcony framed in dark metal and glass, and the top level steps back behind a railed roof terrace. On the rear elevation a vertical louvred screen runs the full height of the circulation core, while low planting beds, clipped hedging and a street tree wrap the boundary wall.

The Old North is Tel Aviv's 1930s International Style quarter, and Yehoshua Bin Nun runs through its northern half as a residential street of three and four storey blocks. Gan Maltz is 150 metres north of the entrance. Rabin Square is an 8 minute walk south, the Herzliya Hebrew Gymnasium a 7 minute walk east, Gan HaAtzmaut 12 minutes to the northwest, and Hilton Beach with the seafront promenade about 1 kilometre west. Ibn Gabirol, 250 metres east, carries the quarter's bus corridor along with its cafes and daily shopping.

The permit is held by Aviv Ba'ir Ltd, registered in Israel in 2016 under company number 515436996 and based at Balfour 8 in Ramat HaSharon. The company reports 25 years of activity in urban renewal, 100 projects in construction or planning and work across 30 Israeli cities, with current schemes in Holon, Ra'anana, Ramat HaSharon and Ramat Gan. Anchored on the 3 May 2026 permit and a standard 24 month build, works are expected to start around September 2026, with the structure weather tight in mid 2027 and delivery projected for May 2028.
