Bitzaron 2-4 brings 59 new homes to Moshe Dayan Road in southeast Tel Aviv, part of a boutique four-building regeneration of the Bitzaron neighborhood. Apartments run from 2 to 5 rooms, with ground-floor garden homes and top-floor penthouses, served by a residents' garden, a lounge and a private gym. The building permit was approved in March 2026, with delivery projected for 2028.

Bitzaron 2-4 adds 59 new homes at Moshe Dayan Road 119, in the Bitzaron neighborhood of southeast Tel Aviv-Yafo. The building permit was approved on 16 March 2026. The address sits on the eastern side of the city, one of Tel Aviv's calmer residential pockets, framed by the Gan Bitzaron neighborhood park and direct access to the Ayalon corridor.

The homes form part of the wider Bitzaron 2-4 regeneration spanning Moshe Dayan 119 to 121, a boutique scheme of four low-rise buildings. Two rise seven floors along the neighborhood frontage and two reach nine floors toward the Moshe Dayan axis, keeping the massing close to the street. Apartments range from 2 to 5 rooms, with ground-floor garden apartments and generous penthouses at the top of each building.

Shared space is planned as a community anchor: a communal garden reserved for residents, a residents' lounge and a private gym. As an urban renewal (pinui-binui) scheme, the project replaces older housing stock with new construction that adds protected rooms, elevators and underground parking the previous buildings lacked.

The development is led by Next Bitzaron Ltd (company 516106762), with Ko Mitar Architects responsible for design. With the permit secured in March 2026, construction is set to begin in the following months and delivery is projected for 2028.
