The project
210 new homes rising on Sderot Ben Zvi in Ramat Chen
Ben Zvi HaAri Complex is a pinui-binui urban renewal development in the Ramat Chen neighborhood of western Netanya, fronting the Sderot Ben Zvi arterial boulevard. The plan replaces five aging three-story walk-up buildings from the 1970s, 60 apartments in poor structural condition, with 210 new homes across a 6.3 dunam plot.
The scheme is organized as three buildings: a residential tower with a high retail ground floor facing Sderot Ben Zvi, plus two mid-rise residential buildings along HaAri Street. Ground-floor commercial frontage and roughly 1,000 square meters of public and community facilities, spanning culture, health, welfare and education, tie the complex into the surrounding neighborhood.
Development is led by GlobaLinks Urban Renewal, the Ben David-Globalinks partnership behind a pipeline of close to 3,000 renewal homes across Netanya valued near 3.8 billion shekels. The architecture is by Epstein Architects. New construction meets current Israeli seismic standards, a direct upgrade from the earthquake-vulnerable stock it replaces.
The plan secured its municipal approval in May 2026, after the wider Sderot Ben Zvi complex was cleared for deposit by the Netanya local committee in September 2025. Works are expected to start in 2026 and complete around 2028. Reservations and details run through the developer's Ramat Gan sales office.
