The project
A rare and authentic Tel Aviv living experience
Eduard Bernstein 11 rises on a quiet, tree-lined street in the Old North of Tel Aviv-Yafo, a few minutes on foot from Ben Yehuda and Arlozorov streets. The project replaces an older building through a full TAMA 38/2 demolition and reconstruction, delivering a boutique residence of 14 apartments across six floors.
The mix runs from compact 2-room homes of about 46 square meters to 4-room apartments of 100 square meters on the ground floor, with 2.5-room and larger 4-room layouts on the upper levels. Units 13 and 14 can be combined into a single 197 square meter penthouse. Every apartment is planned for cross ventilation and multiple exposures, with sun balconies, a private garden for the ground-floor homes, central air conditioning controlled room by room, and robotic parking below the building.
The developer, Kerem (R.V.) Urban Renewal, is a family-owned firm led by CEO Roni Weinberg with four generations in Israeli real estate and thousands of residential and commercial units built. Kerem concentrates on TAMA 38 and pinui binui projects in the Tel Aviv city center; the architecture here is by Kazor-Ronen. Project financing is arranged through the group's finance arm, M.U. Investments, alongside Israeli banks and institutional investors.
The building permit was approved on 24 June 2026, and construction is scheduled to run through 2028. Seven of the 14 apartments remain available at the time of writing, and sales run directly through Kerem's office at 82 Begin Road, Tel Aviv-Yafo.
