Bolivia 4, Jerusalem

Bolivia 4 is a residential block of 88 homes on Bolivia Street in **Kiryat HaYovel**, the south-west Jerusalem neighbourhood founded in 1954 on a ridge about 810 m above sea level. Plan 101-1352251, approved on 5 October 2026, adds building area so that the existing apartments can be enlarged.

Manos Group has carried the project since at least 2016. This Jerusalem developer works on **TAMA 38**, Israel's national plan that funds the seismic strengthening of older buildings through added floors and extensions, and it presents Bolivia 4 as an architectural and engineering upgrade of the existing building. Its listing on a property portal described three new floors, new stairwells and lobbies, added elevators and a renovation of every facade, for a building of six storeys.

The drawings filed with the plan show a long slab with balconies along its main facade and the new construction outlined at roof level. In the photograph Manos Group publishes, the same block appears in pale stone behind a stone retaining wall and mature trees on the street side.

Malha Mall and the Jerusalem Technology Park are a short drive away, and the Philip Leon Community Center serves the neighbourhood. The listing places a future light rail station about 50 m from the building. Counted from the plan approval, an indicative schedule puts the start of works in early 2027 and delivery around October 2028.
