The site faces Kanfei Nesharim Street, the 3 km east to west artery of Givat Shaul, at the western end of the district, where the former industrial zone is being rebuilt as a mixed quarter of offices, shops and homes.

The massing view the architect filed with the permit shows a slender high-rise with a stepped upper volume, a planted terrace set into the facade at mid height, a planted roof, and bands of timber-toned balconies running the full height of one facade.

Kanfei Nesharim Street lies on the planned route of the Jerusalem light rail. Shaare Zedek Medical Center, Mount Herzl and Yad Vashem are about 1.5 km to the south, and Yitzhak Navon railway station, with trains to Tel Aviv and Ben Gurion Airport, is about 2 km to the east.
