Pisgat Raziel, Netanya

Pisgat Raziel occupies the corner of Raziel Street 13 and Reuven Barkat Street 12-14, in the Shikun HaMizrachi quarter just east of central Netanya. Its building permit, file 20260402, was approved on 17 June 2026 by the Netanya planning authority. The scheme stacks a double-height retail floor at street level, two office floors above it, and seven residential floors holding 32 apartments, over two and a half to three levels of underground parking.

Manuel Epstein Architects designed the building with a double frontage, one onto Raziel Street and one onto Reuven Barkat Street. That corner position gives the plans south-east, north-east, north-west, south-west and west orientations. Three and four room apartments fill the residential floors, and four and five room penthouses with large terraces sit at the top. Every apartment is delivered with a mamad safe room built to the current Home Front Command standard, mini-central inverter air conditioning, electric roller shutters and a camera intercom.

The published specification lists 80/80 porcelain granite flooring through the dry rooms, a Caesarstone grade worktop offered in three tones, ten metres of full sandwich kitchen cabinetry, and a central solar system feeding a 150 litre fast heating boiler in each apartment. The main lobby is drawn by an interior designer and fully accessible, the entrance forecourt is planted to a landscape architect's plan, and every parking space comes with two remotes for the electric barrier.

The plot is a two minute walk from the Netanya Cultural Centre and roughly 300 metres from both Ofer HaSharon Mall and the Netanya Central Bus Station. Netanya Town Hall is eight minutes away on foot, the railway station 1.2 kilometres east, and the Nitza Promenade and Mediterranean beachfront 1.6 kilometres west.
