The project

Seventeen homes by Birco between Arlozorov and Jabotinsky

Arba Aratzot 7 is a residential building of 17 homes on a quiet street in the northern part of Tel Aviv's Old North, the short stretch that links Arlozorov Street with Jabotinsky Street. Tel Aviv-Yafo approved its building permit, file 20260791, on 25 August 2026. **Birco**, a Tel Aviv family company that develops and builds its own projects, lists the address on its website as an upcoming residential project, and the Yad2 new-projects listing records one building of seven floors on block 6214, plot 313.

The renderings filed with the permit show a white building whose top floor steps back beneath a slatted pergola roof. Deep balconies with glass balustrades run across the street front on every level. Beside the entrance, a ramp leads down to a basement car park, while trees and a lawn fill the front garden. At the side, a ground-floor home opens onto its own timber deck and lawn.

Arlozorov Street is a two minute walk from the door. Dizengoff Street lies about four minutes to the west and Ibn Gabirol Street five minutes to the east, and the cafes around Kikar Basel are roughly six minutes away on foot. Yad2 lists two recorded sales at this address in October and November 2021: 6-room homes of 170 m² on the fifth floor and 160 m² on the sixth, for ILS 8,950,000 and ILS 8,650,000.

Engineer Moshe (Mauricio) Reichenberg, a civil engineering graduate of the Technion, founded Birco in 1976, and Dani Reichenberg now runs its urban-renewal work. The company specialises in **TAMA 38** (Israel's national plan for reinforcing older buildings against earthquakes) and **pinui-binui** (clearing old buildings and rebuilding at higher density), and it holds the G4 contractor classification of Israel's construction registry. In Tel Aviv it completed Itamar Ben Avi 3, 26 homes on six floors, and holds a permit for Laskov 7, 27 homes on six floors; in Ramat Gan it delivered HaRechasim 65, 18 homes on eight floors. Counting 24 months from the permit, the indicative schedule places delivery around August 2028. Birco has not yet published prices or a delivery date.
