The project
Beit El 10, Tel Aviv-Yafo
Beit El 10 is a 64 home residential building in Neve Sharet, in north-east Tel Aviv, on the corner where Beit El Street meets HaTzanhanim Street. The Tel Aviv-Yafo municipality approved its building permit, request 20260426, on 21 July 2026. The renderings filed with the permit show a white block of three linked wings rising above a row of street-level shops. Every floor carries deep balconies, and a glazed penthouse storey sits set back under the roofline.
The developers are A.S.H.L.I. Construction and Li-Ran, the two family firms that make up the Ashli Liran group. Roni Brik founded Li-Ran in 1990 and Asher Alon founded A.S.H.L.I. in 1992. A few doors along Beit El Street, the group built ME Neve Sharet, which it presents as Tel Aviv's first pinui binui (demolish and rebuild) scheme: 270 homes in three 21 storey towers. The group reports about 3,000 homes in urban renewal under way across Gush Dan and the Sharon. Architect Shalom Tal designed the building.
Neve Sharet lies between Tzahala, Ramat HaHayal and the Kiryat Atidim technology park. The neighbourhood market trades at Beit El 12, next door to the site, and the Moshe Sharett school stands further along Beit El Street. The offices of Ramat HaHayal are about 15 minutes away on foot.
On the indicative schedule that follows a July 2026 permit, works would start in late 2026 and handover would come in mid 2028. Neither the developers nor the municipality have published a delivery date. Prices, apartment types and a sales contact had not been published when this page was written.
