The project
Nineteen homes by Eliav Architects, just off Ibn Gabirol Street
David Bloch 13 is a boutique residential building of 19 homes on David Bloch Street, in the southern part of Tel Aviv's New North. Tel Aviv-Yafo approved its building permit, file 20250053, on 9 July 2026. **Hachshara HaYishuv** (Israel Land Development Company), which presents itself as the oldest real-estate company in Israel, is developing the project, and Eliav Architects designed it.
On its project page, Eliav Architects describes a residential building in the heart of Tel Aviv's Rova 4 with apartments in a range of sizes, giving a contemporary expression to the design language of the White City and the International Style while answering the technical demands of building on a dense urban plot. The architect's renderings show a white facade set with grey panels, deep balconies along every floor of the street front, slatted white pergolas over the upper terraces and a planted strip along the pavement.
The address lies a few minutes' walk east of Ibn Gabirol Street, with Rabin Square and Tel Aviv City Hall a short walk to the south. Daily shopping runs along Ibn Gabirol and through the Gan Ha'Ir centre. The Tel Aviv Museum of Art and Ichilov Medical Center are each about 10 minutes away on foot.
Hachshara HaYishuv belongs to the Nimrodi group and has its head office in Champion Tower in Bnei Brak. Its Tel Aviv residential pipeline includes Lev Bavli, while its earlier city projects at Weizmann 131, Lissin 23 and De Haas 7 are listed as sold out. Counting 24 months from the permit, the indicative schedule places delivery around July 2028. The developer has not yet published prices or a delivery date.
