Einstein 14, Tel Aviv-Yafo

Einstein 14 brings **215 homes** to the western end of Einstein Street in Ramat Aviv, north Tel Aviv. The municipality approved the building permit on 9 July 2026. The applicant, Hagag Nechasim Menivim 33A Ltd, is a project company of the Hagag Group, which markets its towers at the corner of Einstein Street and Levi Eshkol Boulevard as **EINSTEIN TOWER**.

The 3D views filed with the application show slender towers clad in white panels and full height glazing, with stacked balconies climbing the glass corners. At street level a glazed commercial frontage lines the pavement. Hagag's own project page describes a 28 storey tower flanked by two 13 storey boutique buildings above retail space, designed by architect Prof. Moshe Tzur. The permit provides one basement level.

Hagag places the complex beside H-BLVD, the shopping boulevard it is building along Einstein Street, within reach of Tel Aviv Port and Ramat Aviv Mall, and the Green Line of the light rail is planned to run close by. For the whole Einstein development, Hagag reported in October 2024 a 30 storey tower, a 28 storey tower and four 14 storey buildings, about 515 homes and 13,500 square metres of retail in total (Nadlan Center).

Hagag Group, controlled by brothers Tzahi and Ido Hagag, is building several Tel Aviv projects at once, among them MOMA in Florentin, H-Infinity at the corner of Ibn Gabirol and Jabotinsky streets, and Masterpiece Bavli. The indicative timeline modelled from the permit date puts the start of works in late 2026 and delivery around mid 2028.
