Emek Bracha 40 brings 50 new homes to Nachalat Yitzhak, a quiet residential neighborhood in east Tel Aviv-Yafo that borders Givatayim. The single nine-story building, designed by architect Elad Mualem, sits a short distance from the Ayalon Highway (Route 20) and a Tel Aviv Light Rail station, giving residents fast routes into the city center and across the metropolitan area.

The project is developed by Tzaliah-Rothschild Finance and Investments Ltd, a family firm founded in 1980 by Yosef Tzaliah and Yair Rothschild. Over four decades the group has delivered thousands of residential units alongside protected housing, offices and commercial buildings across Israel, and it holds the G-5 contractor classification, the top unlimited grade in the Israeli register.

Homes range from 4-room and 5-room apartments to a 6-room garden apartment and penthouses with large private terraces. Every unit includes a private underground parking space and a high technical specification. The layouts are planned for families, with generous room counts and outdoor space at both ground and roof level.

The building permit was approved in June 2026, and the project is currently in sales. Nachalat Yitzhak has drawn steady renewal investment, placing Emek Bracha 40 within one of east Tel Aviv's fastest-developing residential pockets.
