HaKnesset HaGdola 1, Tel Aviv-Yafo

HaKnesset HaGdola 1 brings 35 new apartments to Bavli, a residential neighborhood of north Tel Aviv bordered by Yarkon Park to the north and the Ayalon Highway to the east. The Tel Aviv-Yafo municipality approved the building permit on 11 August 2026. The permit file allocates 6 parking spaces to the project.

The renderings filed with the permit show an eight-storey building in two linked wings, clad in white textured panels with black metal railings. Each upper floor carries a deep balcony behind full-height glazing. The two top floors step back to open wide terraces. On the ground floor, low planted walls enclose private gardens for the apartments.

The developer of record is Ashdan BeBavli Al HaPark Ltd (company number 515648525). The company carries the name of Ashdan Development and Construction, which the Eled Psagot group presented in 2019 as its urban renewal subsidiary. Ashdan was then running 11 renewal projects in parallel in central Israel, from TAMA 38 schemes (Israel's national plan for reinforcing older buildings) to larger demolition and rebuild compounds.

Counted from the permit date on the standard schedule, works would start around December 2026 and keys would be handed over around August 2028. The developer has not yet published a price list or a delivery date.
