HaYarkon 102, Tel Aviv-Yafo

HaYarkon 102 sits on the corner of HaYarkon Street and Mendele Mocher Sfarim Street, opposite the Dan Tel Aviv Hotel and a two-minute walk from the seafront promenade. The municipal permit approved on 9 July 2026 covers 25 homes on this plot in Tel Aviv's Old North, one block from Frishman and Gordon beaches.

The scheme keeps the existing two-storey building on the corner, which is listed for preservation, and adds a new seven-storey residential building behind it. Multiland's project page describes a commercial floor in the new building, and a 2017 Globes report on the plan adds an underground car park. Yaniv Pardo Architects designed the project; their renderings show curved wraparound balconies, glass railings, perforated white screens and planted terraces on every floor.

The apartments Multiland lists for sale range from 44 m² two-room units on the fifth floor to two 119 m² four-room apartments on the first floor, each with one parking space. At the top, a six-room penthouse of about 192 m² spans the sixth floor and the roof. It comes with a 63 m² balcony, a 60 m² roof area with a pool and three parking spaces.

Multiland Group develops residential and commercial projects in Tel Aviv and specialises in preserving historic buildings and in urban renewal under TAMA 38, Israel's national plan for reinforcing older buildings. With the permit approved in July 2026, the indicative schedule points to works starting in late 2026 and delivery in 2028.
