HaYarkon 291, Tel Aviv-Yafo

HaYarkon 291 is a residential building of 26 homes approved for the northern end of HaYarkon Street, in Tel Aviv's Old North. The plot sits one block inland from the seafront promenade, a five-minute walk from Metzitzim Beach, on the stretch locals still call Little Tel Aviv, where apartment blocks share the street with small hotels and the restaurants that lead up to the port.

The renderings filed with the building permit show a contemporary residence clad in light, stone-toned panels with slim dark window frames. Full-width glazed balconies run across the main facades. On the upper floors the volume steps back, and each setback becomes a planted terrace. At street level, landscaped planters screen the entrance and the ground-floor homes from the pavement.

The Tel Aviv-Yafo municipality approved the building permit on 14 July 2026 under file 20242104. On the standard sequence for a permit of this size, works start is projected for November 2026 and delivery for July 2028. The developer has not yet published a price list or a sales contact.

The Tel Aviv Port (Namal) is a seven-minute walk north, and Yarkon Park opens just beyond it. Ten minutes south on foot, Hilton Beach and Independence Park mark the other end of the neighborhood. Nordau Boulevard and the northern end of Dizengoff Street put shops, schools and bus lines within walking distance.
