Jabotinsky 99, Tel Aviv-Yafo

Jabotinsky 99 is a boutique residential development of 28 homes in the New North of Tel Aviv-Yafo, a short walk from Kikar HaMedina and the Ibn Gabirol shopping corridor. The building permit was approved on 24 June 2026, clearing the way for construction to begin. The project is an urban-renewal scheme that replaces an older structure with a single contemporary residential building.

The developer is Yoshpe Group, a Tel Aviv urban-renewal specialist founded by brothers Sharon and Oren Yoshpe, who stay involved in every project. The company builds across central Israel, with active developments in Tel Aviv, Ramat Gan, Herzliya and Holon, and ranks among the country's leading urban-renewal firms.

Architecture is led by Studio Mabbat under architect Adar Suchar. The design pairs a clean modern facade with the standards of new Israeli construction: every apartment includes a protected room (mamad) and the building is served by an elevator. At 28 homes, the scale stays boutique rather than tower height.

The New North sits between Kikar HaMedina, the cafe streets around Basel, and the green expanse of Yarkon Park to the north. Namir Road and Ibn Gabirol connect the address to the rest of the city, while the Sourasky (Ichilov) Medical Center is within easy reach. Delivery is expected in 2028.
