Kaf-Gimel Yordei HaSira 21, Tel Aviv-Yafo

Kaf-Gimel Yordei HaSira 21 brings **5 homes** to a residential street in Tel Aviv's Old North, about 300 m from the Tel Aviv Port promenade and a few minutes on foot from the beaches of the northern shore. The municipality approved the building permit, file 20242267, on 29 July 2026. The approved plans include one basement level.

Shinbar, an Israeli urban renewal company, carries the project through Shinbar Hakhshuri Tzidon 4 Ltd (company no. 514997147), registered in Holon in January 2014. Shinbar lists the address as a **TAMA 38** project. TAMA 38 is Israel's national outline plan for strengthening existing buildings against earthquakes, and it funds the works by granting new floors. The company's portfolio covers demolition and rebuild, strengthening and renovation, and pinui binui schemes, the evacuate and rebuild form of renewal.

V5 Architects of Petah Tikva drew the scheme together with its twin at number 19, built for the same developer. The practice describes two buildings on a shared wall, each strengthened and raised by one full floor and a partial floor under TAMA 38 and the **Quarters Plan** (Tochnit HaRova'im), the plan that sets building rights in Tel Aviv's northern quarters. Guy Canaan and Yoni Libtag led the design team.
