ASHIRA Tel Aviv

ASHIRA rises on 7.3 dunams at Levi Eshkol 29, the first residential address to take shape in Tel Aviv's new Sde Dov district. The project delivers 406 homes across four buildings: a 34-story landmark tower anchoring three boutique blocks of 7, 8 and 15 stories, with ground-floor retail wrapping the base.

The developer, Avisror Moshe & Sons, has built since 1978 and counts more than 700 completed projects and 35,000 apartments sold across 22 Israeli cities. ASHIRA is its flagship in Sde Dov, financed by a banking consortium led by Mizrahi-Tefahot with total project financing above 2.5 billion ILS. Master architect Avner Yashar shaped the towers, and interior designer Dana Overzon led the residents' spaces.

The location pairs the sea and the city. The north Tel Aviv beachfront sits a five-minute walk west, the Tel Aviv Port and Reading interchange lie just to the south, and the light rail Green Line runs along Levi Eshkol at the doorstep. Yarkon Park, Ramat Aviv and Tel Aviv University are minutes to the east.

Residents share a year-round indoor heated semi-Olympic pool, a spa with sauna, jacuzzi and salt room, a fitness center, a cinema room and a co-working lounge. Apartments run from 2-room homes to 6-room layouts and duplex penthouses. Sales opened in April 2024, excavation and foundation work are underway, and delivery is targeted for 2030.
