The project
Tel Aviv living 140 meters from the sea
Rabbi Kook 14 is a demolition and reconstruction project on a quiet residential street in Kerem HaTeimanim, 140 meters from the Tel Aviv shoreline. The Tel Aviv-Yafo building permit approved on 29 July 2026 covers 7 new homes and one basement level. The plot lies within 250 meters of Allenby Street and Geula Street, and the Carmel Market and the lanes of the Yemenite Quarter are a few minutes away on foot.
This permit is part of a single seven storey building that two owners are developing together. Binyan HaIr holds the western wing and Infodora Management the eastern wing. Binyan HaIr markets the whole building as 14 boutique apartments, two per floor from the ground floor to the sixth. Each apartment comes with a regular private parking space in an underground car park that works without mechanical systems. The developer states that every apartment has a sea view from the first floor up and that each floor includes a protected space.
Binyan HaIr works on urban renewal in the White City, which UNESCO listed as a World Heritage Site in 2003, and its portfolio includes Frishman 15, Geula 32, Pinsker 19 and Sheinkin 30. Ani & Tomer Architects designed the new building. The renderings show a light plastered facade, deep cantilevered balconies with metal mesh railings, tall vertical windows and a planted roof terrace above a landscaped street frontage.
Binyan HaIr lists the project in presale, with construction starting in September 2026 and occupancy estimated for the end of 2029. Buyers can ask the developer's sales team, based at 4 Rothschild Boulevard, for tailor-made layouts.
