HaMeiri 7

HaMeiri 7 is a boutique building of 21 apartments at Avraham Shlonsky St 15, on the corner of Avigdor HaMeiri St in Neot Afeka B, north Tel Aviv. Bonei HaTichon is developing it through Bonim BaIr, the group's urban renewal arm in Tel Aviv. The Tel Aviv building authority approved the permit on 14 September 2026, and the developer lists the project as in marketing at the presale stage.

Etgar Noll Architects designed a seven storey block facing Weitz Garden, a large public garden with lawns and play equipment. The developer's renderings show deep corner balconies with slim metal railings and trailing planters, a facade of pale stone panels set with warm terracotta toned inlays, and a pergola over the roof terrace of the top floor. According to Lugar, the project manager, every apartment comes with underground parking and its own storage room, and the south elevation looks out at the Tel Aviv skyline. The sales site advertises extra large 5 room apartments from 42,000 shekels per square metre.

Neot Afeka B is a quiet residential quarter of small streets in northeast Tel Aviv. The developer points to Tel Aviv University, Afeka College of Engineering and the Lady Davis high school nearby. The Ramat HaHayal business district and the trails of Yarkon Park are both within about 2 km.

Bonei HaTichon is a publicly traded Israeli developer whose urban renewal division runs pinui binui schemes of 100 homes and more. Bonim BaIr carries its Tama 38/2 projects in Tel Aviv (the demolish and rebuild track of Israel's national urban renewal plan), among them Bloch 10, Bnei Efraim 236 to 240 and Rembrandt 28.
