Galipolis

Galipolis brings 69 new homes to the corner of Yad Labanim Boulevard and Lohamei Gallipoli Street 42 to 48, in the centre of Yad Eliyahu in eastern Tel Aviv. Almog Group is demolishing a four-storey block of 25 apartments and building in its place a seven-storey residential building over two underground parking levels. The scheme follows **TAMA 38/2**, the national urban-renewal track that lets an ageing building be demolished and rebuilt with added homes. The municipal record dates the building permit, file 20250193, to 2 August 2026.

Three separate entrances serve a mix that runs from 2 to 5 rooms, with garden apartments, garden duplexes and penthouses on the roof floor. Listed apartments range from 62 m² for 2 rooms to 121 m² for 5 rooms. Each type comes with a sun balcony, a **mamad** (the reinforced safe room Israeli building code requires), a storage room and a parking space. Presale prices published on Yad2 start at ILS 3,215,000 for a 3-room apartment of 73 m², and a 4-room apartment of 103 m² is listed from ILS 4,150,000.

Price Architects drew the building with wide balconies, large openings, high ceilings and a minimalist facade in render combined with aluminium panels. An interior architect designed the lobbies. The ground floor holds a residents' club room with a kitchenette, landscaped open space, bicycle and motorcycle parking, and the infrastructure for electric vehicle charging.

Itzik and Liora Amsalem founded Almog Group in 1986, and the group initiates, plans and builds its own projects. Galipolis is its second scheme in Yad Eliyahu. Robi Capital signed to finance it with credit facilities and guarantees of about ILS 285 million, and Almog puts the start of construction in 2026. HaHagana railway station is a short walk away, and the planned Purple light rail line will run along HaHagana Street.
