Yitzhak Epstein 3, Tel Aviv-Yafo

Yitzhak Epstein 3 is a 14 apartment residential building on Yitzhak Epstein Street, in the southern part of Tel Aviv's New North between Ibn Gabirol Street and Kikar HaMedina. The Tel Aviv-Yafo municipality approved its building permit, file 20241768, on 29 July 2026. Kikar HaMedina is about seven minutes away on foot, and the shops and cafes of Ibn Gabirol Street are closer still.

Four renderings filed with the permit show a slender white block whose street front is framed by deep, dark balconies stacked floor above floor, each lined with planters. The top floor steps back behind a planted roof terrace. At street level a landscaped front garden wraps the entrance, and the permit provides 3 parking spaces.

The permit applicant is Shlomo Kofman Construction and Investment Company Ltd, registered with the Israeli companies registrar under number 510567134, the company behind the Kofman Development and Construction group. Contractor Shlomo Kofman founded the group in Petah Tikva in 1961; engineers Ofer and Tomer Kofman, both Technion graduates, run it today. The group holds the G5 contractor classification, the highest grade in Israel, and builds its own projects. Kofman lists Epstein 3 among its Tel Aviv projects and is separately marketing Epstein // Yellin, a 16 apartment building at the corner of Epstein and David Yellin streets. As of October 2026 it had published no prices or sales channel for Epstein 3.

Counting from the July 2026 permit, the standard schedule for a building of this size places the start of works around November 2026 and delivery around July 2028. These dates are projections and will give way to the developer's own schedule once it is announced.
