Zlatopolsky 10, Tel Aviv-Yafo

Zlatopolsky 10 is a 12 apartment residential building planned on Zlatopolsky Street, in the northern part of Tel Aviv's Old North. The Tel Aviv-Yafo municipality approved its building permit, file 20260849, on 5 August 2026, with one basement level below the residential floors. Gordon Beach is about seven minutes away on foot.

The renderings filed in the municipal permit archive show a slender white building. Every residential floor carries deep balconies with glass balustrades and timber-lined soffits. The top floor opens onto terraces shaded by a white slatted pergola. At street level, a glazed lobby sits beside a planted forecourt, and a ramp leads down to the basement.

Zlatopolsky Street lies close to Ben Yehuda Street, in a grid of residential streets between the seafront and Dizengoff Street. Independence Park is about five minutes on foot and the Tel Aviv Marina about seven, while Dizengoff Street is five minutes away.

The applicant, Naaman Eitan Engineering and Construction Ltd (company number 510909526), has been active since 1985 and holds an unlimited G-5 engineering licence for building works. On this same street the company lists Zlatopolsky 21, an 11 unit building on five and a half floors, and in Jaffa the six unit Nikanor 9. With the permit issued in August 2026, the indicative schedule places the start of works in December 2026 and delivery in August 2028. The developer has not yet published prices.
