Alexander Yanai 6 is one of two boutique buildings Eco City is rebuilding at numbers 4 and 6 of a quiet residential street in the Old North of Tel Aviv. The Tel Aviv municipality approved building permit 20260568 on 3 May 2026 for 18 homes on this plot, roughly 120 metres east of Ibn Gabirol Street. The scheme runs under TAMA 38/1, the demolition and reconstruction track of Israel's national seismic programme, so the existing block gives way to an entirely new six storey building meeting current seismic and protected room standards. Together with number 4, the pair adds 37 homes to the street.

The apartment mix spans 3 and 4 room homes between 82 and 134 sqm. A ground floor 3 room apartment of 83.5 sqm opens onto a 37 sqm private garden. First floor homes measure 103 sqm in both 3 and 4 room layouts, with balconies of 11 to 12 sqm. Fifth floor apartments run 83 and 85 sqm. The sixth floor carries two penthouses: a 3 room home of 82 sqm with a 17 sqm terrace, and a 4 room home of 134 sqm with a 38 sqm terrace. Parking is allocated on site.

Eco City S.L. Development and Construction Ltd, registrar number 514290550, is both the developer and the builder, a structure it applies across its portfolio. The company lists 50 projects in planning, 14 under construction and 30 completed buildings, concentrated in central Tel Aviv, Givatayim and Ramat Gan, and describes more than 55 urban renewal projects nationwide. Poalim Equity, the investment arm of Bank Hapoalim, holds a stake in the company, and the Reality fund became its controlling shareholder in 2025. Dodo Reshef is the project architect and Ilan Ben David the structural engineer.

The address places residents about 600 metres south of Yarkon Park and 450 metres north of the Basel Street cafe quarter, with Tel Aviv Port and Metzitzim Beach around fifteen to twenty minutes on foot. Ibn Gabirol Street, with its shops, bakeries and bus corridor, is two minutes away, and Kikar HaMedina sits ten minutes to the south east.
