Rembrandt 32, Tel Aviv-Yafo

Rembrandt 32 replaces an ageing residential block on a quiet street in Tel Aviv's New North, a few minutes on foot from Kikar HaMedina and from Ibn Gabirol Street. Leonardo Group is building 20 apartments across seven floors here, a boutique count for an address in municipal Quarter 4. The building permit, number 20242277, was approved on 29 March 2026.

The scheme runs under TAMA 38 demolition and reconstruction: the original structure comes down and a new building rises in its place, engineered to current Israeli seismic and safety standards, with a protected room in every apartment and an elevator serving all floors. Ground floor units are planned as garden apartments. Eliav Architects drew the building.

Leonardo Group has worked in development, planning, management and construction since 2006 and has handed over more than 1,000 housing units, building for itself and as contractor for Africa Israel, Ashdar, Superin and Metropolis. Its current portfolio runs from 1,500 units on Rager Boulevard in Beer Sheva to smaller urban renewal projects in Givatayim, Raanana, Petah Tikva and Kfar Saba. On Rembrandt 32 the developer, the planner and the builder are the same company.

The address puts the Tel Aviv Museum of Art, the Cameri Theatre and Beit Ariela within a 10 minute walk, with Rabin Square and City Hall about the same distance in the other direction. Sourasky Medical Center (Ichilov) is roughly 8 minutes away on foot. On the standard schedule for a permit of this type, works start in mid 2026 and delivery falls in spring 2028.
