Rosenblatt 20-22, Jaffa

Rosenblatt 20 brings 63 new homes to Nozha, one of Jaffa's historic residential quarters on the eastern side of Jerusalem Boulevard. The street was already built up by the 1930s, and today it sits inside the wide urban-renewal belt that is steadily rebuilding this stretch of Jaffa. The building permit was approved in March 2026.

With 63 apartments, the project replaces aging housing stock with a single modern residential building at a boutique scale. Jerusalem Boulevard, the main axis running through Jaffa, is a few minutes away on foot and now carries the Tel Aviv Light Rail Red Line, which opened in August 2023 and links Jaffa directly to central Tel Aviv, Ramat Gan, and Petah Tikva.

Daily life here leans on Jaffa's own texture. Yefet Street with its markets, cafes, and bakeries sits a few blocks west; the Jaffa flea market and the Old City with its clock tower are roughly fifteen minutes on foot to the northwest; and the Mediterranean shoreline and Charles Clore Park open up along the coast. Bloomfield Stadium adds to the surrounding draw.

Construction follows the standard sequence for a permitted Tel Aviv-Yafo project. With the permit secured in March 2026, works are projected to begin in mid-2026 and delivery is estimated for 2028. Pricing, apartment mix, and sales details had not been published at the time of writing.
