Padova Neot Afeka

Padova Neot Afeka puts 101 new apartments on Avraham Shlonsky St 28, the plot also addressed as Kehilat Padova St 17, in northeast Tel Aviv. Gabay Group is developing the site under Tama 38/2, the demolish and rebuild track of Israel's urban renewal framework: the 48 apartments standing on the plot come down, and two new nine storey buildings replace them. The Tel Aviv local planning and building committee approved the building permit on 3 June 2026, and the developer lists the project as in marketing.

The apartment mix runs from 2 rooms to 5 rooms, with penthouses on the top level. Bareli Levitzky Kassif designed the two buildings as white masonry wings set around a timber clad central bay, giving every apartment its own balcony and keeping the sightlines between the wings open. Renderings published by the developer show pergolas over the penthouse roof terraces, solar panels across the roofs, planted setbacks at street level and a parking ramp built into the ground floor.

Neot Afeka is one of the quieter parts of north Tel Aviv, a low rise grid of single family houses and small apartment blocks laid out east of Ramat Aviv. The David Yelin and Lady Davis schools, Berlin Garden and the Afeka Country Club all sit within a short walk of the plot, and Route 5 puts the Ayalon corridor and the Ramat HaHayal offices within a few minutes of driving. Yarkon Park is about 1.5 km south.

Gabay Group has been building in Israel for more than four decades and holds the G5 contractor classification, the highest in the industry, alongside ISO 9001:2015 certification.
