Weizmann 99 rises on the northern reach of Weizmann Street, in the HaTzafon HaChadash (New North) district of Tel Aviv, one of the city's most established residential quarters. The address sits a short walk from Kikar HaMedina and the cafe-lined blocks of Yehuda HaMaccabi and Basel streets, with Ganei Yehoshua (Yarkon Park) and Rabin Square both within easy reach.

The project brings 22 homes to a single boutique building. It is developed by Structura, a G-5 rated development and contracting firm led by co-CEOs Ziv Guy and Tamir Klemovich, both civil engineers trained at the Technion. The building permit was approved in June 2026. Construction is scheduled to begin in autumn 2026, with the building weather-tight through 2027 and delivery targeted for 2028. As a ground-up development on an existing plot, Weizmann 99 replaces older stock with a new residential building built to current standards.

For buyers, the appeal is location and scale: a compact, well-connected address in the New North, close to the retail and dining of Kikar HaMedina, served by Namir Road and within reach of Tel Aviv Savidor Central railway station.
