Shlomtzion HaMalka 73, Tel Aviv-Yafo

Shlomtzion HaMalka 73 brings 27 apartments to a quiet residential street in HaTzafon HaHadash, the New North of Tel Aviv-Yafo, a few minutes on foot from Yehuda HaMaccabi Street and the southern edge of Yarkon Park. Tel Aviv-Yafo's licensing authority approved the building permit on 8 September 2026 (file 20242608). The project follows **TAMA 38**, Israel's national urban renewal plan that lets the owners of an older building demolish it and rebuild with added floors and a reinforced structure.

Madlan and Yad2 list the new building at eight storeys on block 6212, plot 153. The developer's project page describes seven residential floors above underground parking, with a mix that runs from garden apartments through 3 and 4 room homes to mini penthouses and penthouses. The renderings show a white facade framed by dark panel strips and wood clad recessed balconies on every floor. The top floor steps back behind planted terraces under a roof pergola, and at street level the building stands on columns above landscaped planters.

Avraham Rotman & Co. Ltd, a family owned company founded in 1964, develops and builds the project. By its own account the firm has delivered thousands of homes, most of them in Rehovot, and it describes itself first as a construction company. Madlan credits the architecture to V5 Architects.
