Yamim HaTzeira, Netanya

Yamim HaTzeira is an 872 apartment urban renewal compound on roughly 28 dunams in Kiryat Nordau, southern Netanya, bounded by Keren HaYesod, Zalman Shneour and Shai Agnon streets. Yuvalim Group is replacing 8 older residential buildings holding 208 apartments with 14 new ones, combining towers of 17 to 24 storeys with lower buildings of 9 and 10 storeys. The Netanya local planning committee approved a further building permit on the Keren HaYesod frontage on 10 June 2026, adding to the 8 permits already issued for the compound.

The apartment mix runs from 3 room homes of about 80 m² to 5 room homes of 118 m², with mini penthouses and penthouses at the top of the towers and 20 percent of the plan reserved for small units. When phase 2 launched in May 2025, apartments were marketed from 2.7 million shekels for a 3 room, 3.2 million shekels for a 4 room of 90 m² and 3.6 million shekels for a 5 room of 118 m². Two underground parking levels serve the compound, alongside ground floor commercial space and shared public areas.

Kiryat Nordau sits in the south of Netanya, within walking distance of the Ir Yamim Mall and a short drive from Poleg Beach and the Nahal Poleg reserve. The Sapir employment zone borders the neighbourhood, and Highway 2, Highway 4 and Highway 531 place Gush Dan within a straightforward commute. Netanya Academic College, schools, kindergartens and community centres all sit inside the neighbourhood.

Yuvalim Group was founded in 2000 by Itzik Baruch and works mainly on large scale pinui binui renewal. Its 2025 record covers 10 advanced compounds converting 1,468 original apartments into 5,404 new ones, and group subsidiaries raised roughly 1 billion shekels in bonds between 2018 and 2025. Architecture is by Alonim Gurevitch and Eden Bar, and the buildings follow green building standards. Phase 1 demolition ran in 2023 and phase 2 followed in May 2025, so the Keren HaYesod buildings join a compound already under construction.
