Jabotinsky 154, Tel Aviv-Yafo

Jabotinsky 154 brings 31 new homes to the corner of Jabotinsky Street and Clay Street in Tel Aviv's New North, a short walk from Kikar HaMedina. City People (Anshei HaIr), the urban renewal developer behind the project, markets it under the line "Experience Tel Aviv from the inside" and presents it as a premium building in the commercial, cultural and dining heart of the city.

The building rises 8 floors under **TAMA 38/2**, the track of Israel's national outline plan that lets an earthquake-vulnerable building be demolished and rebuilt with more homes. Architects Rani Zis and Yuval Tzafnat drew a white facade with deep cantilevered balconies, dark framing and pergolas over the upper terraces. The developer's sales table runs from 37 m² two-room apartments to a 253 m² six-room penthouse on the 8th floor with terraces of 94 and 80 m². Between them sit three and four room layouts of 71 to 112.7 m², and at ground level a 135 m² five-room garden apartment opens onto 52 m² of outdoor space.

City People was founded in 2007 by three Israeli Air Force combat pilots, among them CEO Ron Chen, and today leads around 60 urban renewal projects, most of them in Tel Aviv-Yafo. Rothstein Real Estate, a public company active for about 70 years, co-owns the firm. Every project carries full bank accompaniment. The company completed its first bond issue in 2023 and raised more than ILS 50 million in its 2025 share offering.

The Tel Aviv-Yafo municipality approved the building permit (file 20242113) on 27 July 2026, and City People lists the project as on sale. Tel Aviv Savidor Center station is about 5 minutes away on foot. Ichilov Medical Center sits 10 minutes from the door and Yarkon Park 15 minutes, while Namir Road and the Ayalon Highway give quick access to the rest of the Gush Dan region.
