Moshe Sharett 33, Tel Aviv-Yafo

Moshe Sharett 33 is a 30 apartment residential building planned on a quiet street on the western side of Kikar HaMedina, in Tel Aviv's New North. Tel Aviv-Yafo municipality approved the building permit on 14 July 2026. The Madlan and Yad2 portals list the scheme as a single eight storey building on block 6213, plot 579.

The project is a **TAMA 38** demolition and reconstruction scheme. TAMA 38 is Israel's national outline plan for urban renewal, under which an ageing building is taken down and replaced by a new, earthquake resistant one with additional floors. The renderings filed with the permit show a white rendered block with balconies across each residential floor and planted vertical screens between them. The two upper levels step back behind terraces shaded by pergolas, while the ground floor rests on slender columns above a landscaped entrance garden, beside a ramp leading down to parking under the building.

The developer is Capital Platinum, acting through its project company Platinum Capital Project 56 Ltd. The group belongs to three partners, Roni Zohar (CPA), Assaf Oppenheim and Ilan Avrahami, and reported in April 2025 a pipeline of more than 10,000 housing units across Israel, from TAMA 38 and **pinui binui** (evacuate and rebuild) schemes to conventional new construction. Madlan credits the design to Kon Wasserman Architects, a Tel Aviv practice working mainly on TAMA 38 projects.

Kikar HaMedina, with its ring of flagship stores, lies three minutes away on foot, and Ichilov Medical Center about twelve minutes south. In October 2026 Madlan put the average resale price around Kikar HaMedina at about 62,000 shekels per square metre. Counted from the July 2026 permit, the indicative schedule places the start of works in November 2026 and delivery in July 2028. Capital Platinum has not yet published prices or a sales launch date for the building.
